The safety, well-being, and creativeness of LGBTQIA+ (e.g., lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, agender/asexual, as well as those who are part of the community, but for whom LGBTQIA does not accurately capture or reflect their identity) individuals are important. At DMA International we are committed to creating a safe and caring environment for everyone. Diversity as well as minority are core values for DMA International, because we believe they bring creativity, innovation and new ideas.
The LGBTQIA+ acronym is not all-encompassing but is used here to represent the full range of gender and sexual minorities. We recognize that language is ever evolving.
